Research Projects and Collaboration

Since its inception, Smart Vision Works LLC has developed a close relationship with the Robotic Vision Laboratory in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Brigham Young University (BYU) and Agris-Schoen Vision Systems, Inc. Ongoing cooperation between these entities promises to produce a continuous stream of technology transfer from BYU to SVW. Specifically, ongoing work at BYU funded from other sources is focusing on machine vision design and real-time vision algorithm development. Many collaborative research projects have generated technologies that show great commercialization potential.
